Information about returns, size exchanges and checking LAW products.
Return period
Products ordered online may be returned within the period applicable to distance purchases. Products must be returned in excellent condition, with no signs of wear, washing, fragrance or damage.
Product condition
Keep labels, accessories and packaging where possible. Customized or made-to-order products may have different conditions and should be checked before returning.
How do I start a return?
Send email la comenzii@law-lovealwayswins.com with your order number, the returned product, size and reason. We will send you the shipping and inspection steps.
Size exchange
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a return or another solution by email.
Refund
Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected, using the method communicated during the return process.
